Training and Support

FilePro training is available from Nancy Palmquist.  This training can take a number of forms.

Web Based Training - Take advantage of the full range of 1 hour classes on our web training schedule.  These classes can be scheduled at your convenience.  Special classes can be designed to meet your needs.  Web based training offers a very cost-effective way to get instructed training with live presentations and working processing.  You really can't beat it for the price.  Try one of our free classes.  We guarantee you will find new information and techniques in any class you take or I will refund your money.  My experience with filePro and filePro programming is extensive and I have written filePro applications for a variety of clients for more than 25 years.  That gives me a unique set of skills to apply to your programming situations and help offer workable solutions. 

On-Site Training - I can travel to your location at your convenience to train your staff.  This can be very cost effective, since your cost will be our day rate, plus travel expenses for just one person.  If you have a number of programmers that need training, this can certainly save money.  It can also allow for a number of services.  Training can be designed to meet your needs and can be broken into different levels and topics to train in the areas that are necessary.  Don't waste your time attending a class that will cover many items that are of no interest, custom design a class just for you.

At Our Location - We are a small office and have limited space, but classroom space is available and could be used for training.  It is possible to provide tutoring for one or two people at my facility.

Phone Training - Our expertise can be available with just a phone call.  Many programmers call and make use of our expertise on this level.  Pre-paid time units are available to make it easier for the corporate client. An excellent option for when you get stuck and need some quick advice or direction.  Our 20 years plus of experience can help you put your programming effort on a path that will provide the best solution.  Minimum time unit deducted for each incident is 30 minutes.
