filePro Course Schedule

Watch these pages for filePro courses that you can attend from the comfort of your own computer. Web-based training with filePro topics that will improve your skills with filePro. All you need is a telephone and a Windows98/XP/NT/2000 computer with an internet connection. (Also possible to connect with a java browser connection from Linux or MAC. Windows95 might work with adequate resources, but a newer OS is suggested.)

You must register for the class at least 48 hours prior to the start. You will receive an invitation with the toll-free phone number and web address. Any class you have attended can be repeated at a later date, if you want to go over the information again. It will only be necessary to register again, to obtain the invitation record.

It is suggested that you connect to the web site about 15 minutes early to insure that your browser is good to go. Call the teleconferencing number about 5 minutes prior to the start of the class. Please mute your end of the conference so that ambient sound from your office does not disrupt the session. Questions can be asked in a written form as part of the Webinar or a voice question if the presenter calls on you to speak.

System / Hardware Requirements:
Computer with Windows 98, Windows XP or newer, Internet connection (dial-up will work), telephone and 1 hour of time. On Windows 98 systems, it may be necessary to close all other programs, and reboot just before the Webinar to insure enough resources are available to run the class correctly.
