Tip #31 - Flagging an EVENT

Use Date fields to mark a record as processed - It gives you more information than a Y/N field.

For example, a field called "Posted to G/L"

When that event is done, load a date into that field, instead of just marking it Y.

It will allow you to select all items with a given date to recreate the list of items posted on that date. It will still tell you if the item was posted, it will also give you more information.
